Project Update [4 Jan 2018]

This is a project update for 4 January 2018

Len Luterbach [lenluterbach.com]

It has been suggested that I change the layout of my website in order to provide a more comprehensive introduction into what it is I am trying to do.  The idea being (so I'm told) is that the user should not have to "click around as much" in order to find key material that would aid them in their understanding of my work.

I can't help but be reminded of one of my eighth grade teachers, Mrs. Ankerberg, telling our class: "You can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink."  On one hand, I find the suggestion perfectly reasonable and have been making changes to the layout.  On the other hand, "understanding" is, in my opinion, a responsibility that begins and ends with the individual.  If you're unwilling to explore - whether it be through clicks on a website or the development of an idea - this place may not be for you.  Go awayOr stayThe water is yours for the taking.

Aretaic [aretaic.com]

Aretaic is my Creative Practices consulting group.  This resource is actively being developed and will be available Spring 2018.

Aretaic, from the Greek aretē, is normally translated as "virtue".  The term signifies excellence, i.e. a quality the possession of which either constitutes the possessor as, or causes it to be, a good instance if its kind.

Aretaic: Better Person. Better World.

Mistake Artists [mistakeartists.com]

Mistake Artists is a collaborative Creative Practices Exercise.  The Mistake Artists website is as an information resource and hosts the Prison Information Group (PIG).

Mistake Artists: The place for mistakes.  Also artists.

Secret Polaroid [secretpolaroid.com]

As of January 2018 this project is in the early stages of development.
